For cancellations, please allow at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment or attend an event or workshop. Cancellations prior to 48 hours of the planned session/event are entitled to either: A. A refund, minus an administration fee or B. A Lotus Living credit in the amount paid. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are entitled to a Lotus Living credit in the amount paid only.
